Each session is strenuous enough to challenge me but not leaving my too exhausted – but left by buttocks and thighs feeling it the next day” Nick enjoyed the postural benefits Fraser told him to expect, too “EMS works muscles relatively equally on both sides of the body, improving your symmetry and posture. Posture is really important for presenting a good physique” As Nick discusses in The Telegraph with Vive Fitness “EMS sessions are short but you get plenty of bang for your buck, as your muscles are under tension for 10 minutes”. This leads to great results in a short space of time.

The Results of EMS training?

Nick was beach ready – hoorah! (spray tan and manscaping not included!). When Nick came back from holiday, he told us “I felt great on the beach.
